3) Do you adhere to the Realtor® Code of Ethics?
4) Are you a Full Time Realtor®?
5) How long have you been selling real estate?
6) Do you have any Realtor® Designations?
7) How many successful transactions did you have last year?
8) Do you have past client testimonials?
9) Do you have a web site presence?
10) Is your office open 7 days a week?
11) What type of support staff do you have?
12) Do you receive on-going training to stay up-to-date?
Home Search Assistance
1) Do you have an On-Line Property Search Service?
2) Can you help me find a lender?
3) Who do you represent, me or the Seller?
4) Do you practice Buyer Brokerage?
5) Do you cooperate with listing agents, regardless of offered compensation?
6) Will you show me homes within my price range only?
7) Will you point out possible property deficiencies when we look at homes?
8) When ready to make an offer, will you advise me on what to put in the contract?
